Programme overview

This programme is made for people who want to get modern skills in commerce and business.

In the first year of study, students will develop knowledge in core business strategies including accounting, business communication, commercial law, business heritage, culture and sustainability, marketing, computing, management and applied research. They will focus on their accounting specialisation in the second and third years, with study preparing them for accounting positions. Core subjects include Intermediate Financial Accounting, Intermediate Management Accounting and Taxation in New Zealand.
