The Bachelor of Computing Systems will develop your critical and systems thinking skills, and the core programming, infrastructure, internet of things, information processing, and soft skills, required by IT Professionals to deliver and support high-quality computing solutions.
The Bachelor of Computing Systems aims to produce graduates who have a broad range of practical skills. The majority of courses have a significant practical component. The compulsory level 7 Project, which is viewed as the “capstone” of the degree, requires students to either complete an internship in an IT/IS role, or undertake analysis and development work, for a business sponsor. The level 7 project is taken in the last semester of study, and is equivalent to 450 hours of work, and 45 credits.
EIT is proud of its relationships with local IT providers and employers, which ensures the continuing relevance of courses, and leverages our qualifications and resources for the benefit of students, employers, and the region.
