The New Zealand Certificate In English Language (NZCEL level 4) is a full-time, 14-week pathway course designed to help students to achieve success in their tertiary studies. The course will equip learners with English language proficiency and the academic skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing to enable them to successfully enter a diploma or bachelor degree level programme of study without having to complete IELTS. NZCEL level 4 is the pathway to NZCEL level 5.
