Academy Canada was founded in 1985 by Dr.David Smallwood. The provider encompasses three multi-programme campuses and 12 learning centres around Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada: St. John’s, Corner Brook, CBS, Placentia, Bonavista, Deer Lake, Baie Verte, St.Anthony, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Natuashish, Sheshatshiu, Lab West, Nain, and Hopedale. Students have access to many services at campuses, including social life groups, volunteerism, athletics teams, food options, and pet therapy.
There are seven faculties at Academy Canada, including a range of programmes that lead to Diplomas. Also, the College offers apprenticeship training with the Apprenticeship Division. More than 35 career programmes are available on campus and the online learning platform “World Classroom.
The staff consists of 153 high-qualified professionals. All instructors have more than six years of professional experience in their respective industries across Canada and worldwide. The College has incredible, creative, and excellent instructors and support staff who help the College to grow and develop.
