Talent International Institute

English Advantage is a small PTE delivering its own short courses in English language tuition to international students and resident migrants. It has a significant function in the local educational sector in the preparation of students to take IELTS and Cambridge exams. Since 2003 Talent International Institute, abbreviated as TII, has established a reputation for excellence in the field of English language teaching. The teachers have a good mix of appropriate qualifications and teaching experience. All teachers are ESOL professionals with teaching degrees up to Masters level plus primary and secondary teaching experience. There is a lively culture of the teachers mentoring the students in their studies and evidence of reflective teaching practices being employed. The maximum class size is restricted to 10 students but the numbers are usually around 7.
