Lond is one of the largest and most diverse universities in the country with over 120 000 students studying on campus in London and 50 000 students working towards the qualification from the university around the globe. Lond hosts numerous annual events, such as festivals, student fairs, academic events and exhibitions nationally and worldwide.

The University of London owns a considerable estate in Bloomsbury, in the heart of one the most vibrant, creative and cosmopolitan cities in the world. Bloomsbury is an intellectual and cultural centre of the city. It is home to the British Museum, theatres, restaurants, café, markets and studios.

The campus has Senate House with the main library, the chancellor's official residence and eight Halls of Residence, which accommodate students. The member colleges have also their laboratories and buildings on the estate, some of which are of architectural and historical interest.
