The University was founded in 1989 and based on Hawkesbury Agricultural College and Nepean College of Advanced Education. Liverpool city campus locates in the heart of Liverpool CBD and delivering contemporary teaching and learning facilities. 
Campbelltown campus is in western Sydney with world-class facilities, including the Library, the observatory, and UniClinic.
